Customer Care Representative

We are hiring a customer care representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.


  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications and skill set required:

  • +1 years call center experience.
  • Intermediate or above.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid time management skills.

Salary: Rs 18,000.00 – Rs 25,000.00 per month


  • Customer care: 1 year (Preferred)
